Accessible Rooms, Amenities and Services

We DO NOT have "Handicap Accessible" rooms as described in the ADA regulations which are required for hotels constructed after 1992.

         We do not have roll-in showers; all or our rooms have bathtubs so one must be able to step over the tub to shower.

         The rooms do not have grab bars by the toilet.

         The bathrooms are small and do not allow wheelchairs to turn around.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS do not qualify as service animals and cannot stay at our property.

What we DO offer:

         All of the outside doors are 32 inches.

         Three (3) Junior Rooms (only 109, 209 and 309 – NOT 302) and two (2) Executive King Suites (101 & 201) have widened doorways (30") into the bathroom. Other suites have 28 inch-wide bathroom doors and rooms 114, 214, 314 (Executive 2-Queen Suites) have 24 inch bathroom doors. By request, we can remove a bathroom door from its hinges.

         Slanted grab bars in the tub/shower.

         Elevator access from the garage to all floors except the Rooftop Garden.

         Chair lift to the lower pool deck.

         Pool lift into the water.

         By request, we can provide these items:

o   a seat that fits into the tub

o   a hand shower

o   ADA equipment for hearing impared

o   elevated toilet seat w/hand rail

We allow service animals that are required to accompany people who have disabilities that have been trained to perform tasks for that person's disability. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.

We offer a complimentary, light, continental breakfast each morning from 7:30 until 10:00 a.m. that includes boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, croissants, toast, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, applesauce, fresh fruit, fruit juices, milk, hot chocolate, tea and coffee. We cannot accommodate special dietary needs or requests.
